"This is the 2nd project I've hired CVI Builders for. Things I’d like to outline: Speed and quality - our neighbor started the extension (a similar project) one month earlier, we finished two months earlier than them. The funny thing was to see their builders coming to check the progress of the CVI’s Builders work. Needless to mention that during the construction, we were living in the house and, I believe, were an obstacle to the faster progress of the job. Problem solving - our architect didn't do exactly an accurate job with the measurements. Basically, beams wouldn’t align properly, if we were to stick with the design. It’s due to the team’s experience that they managed to sort this out, without affecting the heights of the rooms on the ground and first floors. All in all, very good experience, greatly done and within the budget. I’d definitely recommend CVI Builders for this kind of work.

"CVI.Builders was recommended to us by a parent from our daughter's school. We bought our new house, and initially, we planned to refresh the painting on the walls and to change the carpets with laminate in all rooms. When we picked the keys up and saw the unfurnished house we realised that there is more work, then we intended initially. We met with Valentin for a quote and consultancy. We liked that during our first engagement, Valentine was honest, explained everything and offered us a few price options. One of the options was an 'All-Inclusive' service for the full-refurbishment of the floor, where the price was covering all the required work, first-fix materials and management of the refurbishment work. Initially, we signed up for the full-refurbishment on the first floor. After seeing the quality of their work, we immediately hired them to do the full-refurbishment of the ground floor too. Our full refurbishment covered rewiring work, replacement of the old heating system, plastering, painting of ceilings and walls, replacement of some doors and repainting the remaining ones, tiling of the kitchen and bathrooms, laying the laminate flooring in all rooms, installation of the bathrooms and kitchen furniture. Valentin kept us regularly informed about the progress, always highlighted the identified issues and helped us with design ideas.
